You may have noticed: some LEAN or FOCUSED capsules have a few dark spots.
Here’s what’s going on:
These spots can appear when natural ingredients, like L-carnitine – absorb a bit of moisture from the air. It’s called being hydrophilic (water-loving), and it’s totally harmless. This does not impact the safety, quality, or effectiveness of the product.
We test for things like mold and microbial contamination regularly, and all tests continue to come back clean. You’re safe to continue taking your products with confidence.
That said, we hear you. Our team is already working on upgraded packaging that better protects moisture-sensitive ingredients. That change is coming soon.
