What Are M3B Milestones?
M3B (MAKE 3 Breakthrough) Milestones are optional 30-day check-ins designed to help you stay accountable and celebrate your progress as you move through your Breakthrough experience.
Every 30 days, you’ll have the opportunity to reflect on how far you’ve come and when you do, we’ll celebrate with you by sending a special reward in your next Breakthrough order.
How the Rewards Work
Each milestone comes with something fun and meaningful:
- 30-Day Check-In:
Celebrate your first win with MAKE 3 Breakthrough celebratory stickers
- 60-Day Check-In:
More progress, more celebration and another set of Breakthrough stickers
- 90-Day Check-In:
You’ve made it three months! Receive a custom-designed M3B duffle bag plus stickers to mark the moment
Your rewards are automatically included in your next MAKE Wellness order after completing each check-in.
Participating in M3B Milestones is:
- 100% optional
- Quick and easy (just 1–2 minutes each month)
- Designed to support accountability, not pressure
Around 30 days into your Breakthrough, you’ll receive an email with a link to a short check-in survey. Simply click the link, answer a few questions about your experience, and submit.
While photos aren’t required for the first two check-ins, we’d love to see your progress if you’re comfortable sharing. A quick guide will be provided to help you take your progress pictures.

What if I didn’t receive the check-in text?
No problem! Once you’re eligible, you can find the survey link anytime in your MAKE Wellness account under the My Account section. (coming soon)
Do I have to include a photo?
- 30-Day & 60-Day Check-Ins: Photos are optional
- 90-Day Check-In: Media is required to receive the final reward
