We’ve added a few new features to make it even easier to see where you stand each month, including Pending Volume and Earnings Details.
What is Pending Volume?
Pending Volume shows upcoming Subscribe & Save volume expected to process this month.
This is especially helpful at the beginning of the month because it gives you a clearer look at what may still be coming in.
Pending Volume shows the full value of upcoming Subscribe & Save orders. Historically, about 70% of this volume processes successfully, while the rest may be impacted by things like card declines, cancellations, or adjusted orders.
What is Total Commission?
Total Commission shows what you have actually been paid for the selected month.
On the Home Screen, you may also see what you’ve earned for the selected month. These numbers may not always match right away because daily payouts can lag behind earnings.
This means your earned amount may regularly be higher than your Total Commission while the most recent payouts are still processing, especially from the previous day, weekends, or holidays.
