Here’s how it works:
What does “Price Lock” mean?
If you add a product to your subscription anytime in September, you’ll keep that introductory pricing through December 31, 2025.
What happens after September 30?
Introductory pricing officially ends. Starting October 1, 2025, all new orders/subscriptions move to standard pricing.
How long can I keep my introductory pricing?
You’ll keep your introductory price through December 31, 2025, as long as the product stays active in your subscription. If you remove it, you can’t add it back later at the introductory rate. Please note, after January 1, all price locked subscriptions will move to standard pricing.
Can I change the quantity in my subscription?
Yes. You can increase or decrease the number of units and still keep your locked-in price – just don’t remove the product completely.
What if I swap products in my subscription?
Swapping counts as a new product. That new item will be priced at the current standard rate, not the locked-introductory price.
Are there extra perks for staying subscribed?
Yes. If you lock in this month and keep your subscription active, you’ll also unlock 20% off starting in month four of your subscription. That’s in addition to keeping your introductory pricing through 2025.
How does “Price Lock” work with collections vs. individual items?
Price Lock is tied to the exact SKUs in your subscription template as of September 30. If you’re subscribed to a collection and later switch it out for the individual products, the Price Lock pricing will no longer apply.
