Summer plans just got more exciting. The 4K Launch Academy in Salt Lake City is coming up fast (June 12-14, 2026), and this leaderboard is all about recognizing the Affiliates building momentum and stepping into the next level of leadership.
We love to watch new 4K Leaders emerge and see leaders help others rise. This Academy is designed to celebrate that growth and bring the right people into the room together.
How Qualification Works
Qualification period: July 2025 through April 2026
To qualify, Affiliates must:
- Be active and in good standing at the time of qualification and event attendance
- Achieve 4K Leader for the first time
- Maintain that rank for three consecutive months
Example:
Hit 4K Leader in November and maintain it through December and January, you’re in.
Already a 4K Leader? You Can Still Earn It
For this first qualification period:
- Existing 4K Leaders (highest Total Team Sales rank as of June 2025) can qualify by developing a new 4K Leader who earns their spot
- You must maintain your own 4K qualification during those same consecutive months
