On our Monday Night Call, Justin Serra and Ashton Beisel shared a deeper look at ClearPath, our new compensation plan and app launching June 1.
A few highlights from the training:
• ClearPath is built for more clarity, simplicity, and speed
• Affiliates will be able to set goals and see the actions needed to reach them
• The app will help leaders coach their teams in real time
• ClearPath is designed to make the compensation plan easier to understand and share
