Any new Affiliate who enrolls during the enrollment period.
Achieve Premier Affiliate or higher during your enrollment month or within the next three full calendar months and earn one $500 MAKE Moments Gift Card.
How long do I have to qualify?
Your enrollment month does not count as one of your three full qualifying months. You have the remainder of your enrollment month plus the next three full calendar months to achieve Premier Affiliate or higher.
For example, if I enroll September 5, when can I qualify?
You can achieve Premier Affiliate or higher during the remainder of September or during October, November, or December to earn your $500 MAKE Moments Gift Card.
If I enroll December 31, 2026, what are my qualifying months?
You can qualify during the remainder of December or during January, February, or March by achieving Premier Affiliate or higher.
Can I earn more than one $500 gift card through the New Affiliate MAKE Moments offer?
No. New Affiliates can not earn more than one $500 MAKE Moments Gift Card through this standard New Affiliate offer. However, Affiliates who enroll during September or October may also have additional earning opportunities through the MAKE Moments Multiplier and Beauty Referral Bonus. What gift cards are available?
Choose from participating brands including Nike, Disney, Apple, lululemon, Oura, Ticketmaster, and Nordstrom.
When will I receive my gift card?
After the month in which you qualify has closed and your Premier Affiliate or higher title has been confirmed, MAKE Wellness will contact you to select your gift card. For example, if you qualify in October, you will be contacted in November.

New Affiliates who enroll in September or October have even more ways to earn MAKE Moments Gift Cards.
You may earn through Premier Affiliate qualifications during your eligible months and through qualifying Precision Skincare Stack referrals.
Up to $1,500 through Premier Affiliate qualifications plus up to $1,000 through Beauty Referral Bonuses.
Earn a $500 MAKE Moments Gift Card for each eligible month you achieve Premier Affiliate or higher, up to three qualifying months.
You may qualify during September, October, November, and/or December. A maximum of three Premier Affiliate qualification gift cards may be earned.
You may qualify during October, November, and/or December. A maximum of three Premier Affiliate qualification gift cards may be earned.
New Affiliates who enroll during September or October may also earn MAKE Moments Gift Cards by personally referring new Customers and/or Affiliates who purchase a qualifying Precision Skincare Stack.
Personally refer 5 qualifying new Customers and/or Affiliates who purchase a qualifying Precision Skincare Stack during September and earn a $500 MAKE Moments Gift Card.
Personally refer 5 qualifying new Customers and/or Affiliates who purchase a qualifying Precision Skincare Stack between October 1 and October 14, 2026 and earn a $500 MAKE Moments Gift Card.
New Affiliates who enroll in September or October may earn a maximum of two MAKE Moments Gift Cards in a single month during September or October.
For example, an Affiliate may earn one $500 gift card by achieving Premier Affiliate or higher and one $500 gift card through the applicable Beauty Referral Bonus during the same month.
An eligible September enrollee may earn:
Up to three $500 MAKE Moments Gift Cards = $1,500
Up to two $500 MAKE Moments Gift Cards, one for September and one for October = $1,000
Up to $2,500 in MAKE Moments Gift Cards.
How can I earn all three Premier Affiliate Multiplier gift cards?
Earn one $500 MAKE Moments Gift Card for each eligible month you achieve Premier Affiliate or higher, up to three qualifying months. September enrollees may qualify during September, October, November, and December. October enrollees may qualify during October, November, and December.
Do I have to achieve Premier Affiliate for the first time to earn the gift card?
No. You do not need to achieve Premier Affiliate for the first time. You may earn a $500 MAKE Moments Gift Card for an eligible month in which you achieve Premier Affiliate or higher, subject to the promotion qualifications and maximums.
Do I have to achieve Premier Affiliate in my enrollment month?
No. You may earn a $500 MAKE Moments Gift Card for any eligible month you achieve Premier Affiliate or higher during your Multiplier earning period.
Do my Premier Affiliate qualifying months have to be consecutive?
No. Each eligible month is evaluated separately. September enrollees may qualify in any three eligible months from September through December. October enrollees may qualify during October, November, and December.
Can I earn a Premier Affiliate gift card and a Beauty Referral Bonus gift card in the same month?
Yes. If you meet both qualifications during an eligible month, you may earn one $500 MAKE Moments Gift Card for achieving Premier Affiliate or higher and one $500 MAKE Moments Gift Card through the applicable Beauty Referral Bonus.
What is the maximum number of MAKE Moments Gift Cards I can earn in September or October?
The maximum is two MAKE Moments Gift Cards in a single month during September or October.
Can I earn more than one Beauty Referral Bonus gift card in the same month?
The Beauty Referral Bonus provides up to one $500 MAKE Moments Gift Card for the September qualification period and up to one $500 MAKE Moments Gift Card for the October 1 through October 14 qualification period.
What is the maximum Beauty Referral Bonus available to an eligible September enrollee?
An eligible September enrollee may earn up to two $500 Beauty Referral Bonus gift cards, one for qualifying in September and one for qualifying between October 1 and October 14, for a maximum Beauty Referral Bonus of $1,000.
What is the maximum total MAKE Moments opportunity?
An eligible September enrollee who qualifies for three Premier Affiliate Multiplier gift cards and both Beauty Referral Bonus gift cards may earn up to $2,500 in MAKE Moments Gift Cards.
If I enroll during October, what months can I earn a Premier Affiliate Multiplier gift card?
October enrollees may earn a $500 MAKE Moments Gift Card for each month they achieve Premier Affiliate or higher during October, November, and December, up to three Premier Affiliate qualification gift cards.

Your qualification path depends on whether you earned the Beauty Referral Bonus in September.
Your September qualification is complete, and any additional qualifying referrals from September do not roll forward. Personally refer 5 new qualifying Customers and/or Affiliates between October 1 and October 14, 2026 who purchase a qualifying Precision Skincare Stack to earn another $500 MAKE Moments Gift Card.
Your qualifying September referrals roll over and continue to count. Reach a total of 5 qualifying referrals by October 14, 2026 to earn one $500 MAKE Moments Gift Card. Reach a total of 10 qualifying referrals between September 1 and October 14, 2026 to earn two $500 MAKE Moments Gift Cards, for a total of $1,000.
What counts as a qualifying referral?
A qualifying referral is a new Customer or Affiliate whom you personally refer during the promotional period and who places an order that includes a qualifying Precision Skincare Stack.
Can my 5 referrals be a combination of Customers and Affiliates?
Yes. Your 5 qualifying referrals may be any combination of new Customers and new Affiliates.
Does the Precision Skincare Stack need to be on their first order?
No. The new Customer or Affiliate must join during the qualification period and purchase a qualifying Precision Skincare Stack by October 14, 2026.
Do referrals made before September count?
No. Both the personal referral and the qualifying Precision Skincare Stack order must occur between September 1 and October 14, 2026.
Will I qualify if an existing Customer upgrades to an Affiliate and purchases a qualifying Precision Skincare Stack?
No. An existing Customer who upgrades to an Affiliate does not count as a new referral. To qualify, the individual must be a new Customer or Affiliate who joins between September 1 and October 14, 2026, and their order must include a qualifying Precision Skincare Stack.
Already earned the Beauty Referral Bonus in September?
You can earn another $500 MAKE Moments Gift Card by personally referring 5 new Customers and/or Affiliates who purchase a qualifying Precision Skincare Stack between October 1 and October 14, 2026. Your September qualification is complete, so any additional qualifying referrals from September do not roll forward toward this additional reward.
What happens to extra qualifying referrals from September if I already earned the September Beauty Referral Bonus?
They do not roll forward. Once you earned the September Beauty Referral Bonus, your September qualification was complete. For example, if you had 9 qualifying referrals in September and earned the September $500 MAKE Moments Gift Card, the additional 4 referrals do not count toward the October extension. You must personally refer 5 new qualifying Customers and/or Affiliates between October 1 and October 14, 2026 to earn another $500 MAKE Moments Gift Card.
Haven’t earned your first Beauty Referral Bonus yet?
Your qualifying September referrals will roll over and continue to count during the extended promotional period. Reach a total of 5 qualifying new Customers and/or Affiliates by October 14, 2026 to earn your first $500 MAKE Moments Gift Card. Reach a total of 10 qualifying referrals by October 14, 2026 to earn two $500 MAKE Moments Gift Cards, for a total of $1,000.
Can I earn two MAKE Moments Gift Cards if I did not earn the Beauty Referral Bonus in September?
Yes. If you did not earn the Beauty Referral Bonus in September, your qualifying September referrals will roll over and continue to count. If you reach a total of 10 qualifying new Customers and/or Affiliates between September 1 and October 14, 2026, you can earn two $500 MAKE Moments Gift Cards, for a total of $1,000.
How does the rollover work?
Rollover applies only if you did not earn the Beauty Referral Bonus in September. Your qualifying September referrals continue to count toward your October 14 total. For example, if you had 3 qualifying referrals in September, you would need 2 additional qualifying referrals by October 14 to reach 5 and earn your first $500 MAKE Moments Gift Card. You would need 7 additional qualifying referrals by October 14 to reach 10 total and earn two $500 MAKE Moments Gift Cards.
Does this offer replace the previously announced September-over-August sales increase qualification?
Yes. For existing Affiliates, the Beauty Referral Bonus replaces the previously communicated qualification based on increasing September sales over August.
When will I know if I qualified?
Qualifications will be determined after the promotional period closes and qualifying referrals and orders have been finalized.
When will I receive my MAKE Moments Gift Card?
Qualifying Affiliates will receive their MAKE Moments Gift Card following final qualification review. Additional fulfillment details will be communicated to qualifiers.
