When you reach Premier Affiliate for the first time, you not only earn a guaranteed $500 in commissions, but if you achieve it in your first full calendar month, you’ll also earn a $500 gift card to your choice of Tiffany & Co, Nike, Disney, Ticketmaster, Lululemon, Apple, Nordstrom, or Oura.

The qualification period includes the remainder of the month in which you enroll plus the entire following month. To meet the requirements, you must do so by the last day of the month following your enrollment month.

For example, if you enroll on June 4, you have until July 31 to meet the requirements. If you enroll on June 28, you also have until July 31 to meet the requirements.

Earnings as a MAKE Wellness Affiliate are based on sales of products to end consumers through your work which includes individual effort, business skills, market conditions, and other factors that are unique to your capabilities. There are no guarantees of any income, and success varies highly from person to person. The examples shared are not typical, and most affiliates earn modest or no income. Your results will depend on your dedication, time commitment, and ability to build a customer base.
