As a MAKE Wellness affiliate, your back office is your central hub for tracking your progress and managing your network. One of the most valuable tools available to you during this pre-enrollment phase is the Enroller Tree. This feature allows you to see all the affiliates who have pre-enrolled through your referral ID, giving you a clear view of your growing team.
How to Access and Navigate Your Enroller Tree
- Log in to Your Back Office: Begin by logging into your MAKE Wellness back office using your affiliate credentials. Once inside, navigate to the menu labeled “Enroller.”
- Viewing Your Enroller Tree: The Enroller Tree is a visual representation of your network. At the top, you’ll see your name, followed by a list of affiliates who have pre-enrolled using your referral ID. These individuals form the first level of your tree. You can zoom out or zoom or select and drag to move to the left or right of your tree.
- Expanding Your Tree: If any of your affiliates have pre-enrolled others, a small caret (▼) will appear beneath their name. By selecting this caret, you can expand the tree to see the next level of affiliates, providing you with a deeper view of your growing team. Continue expanding to view all levels of your network.
- Viewing Affiliate Details: For more information about any affiliate in your tree, simply click on their name. This will open a detailed view, including their contact information and any additional details. This feature is especially useful for keeping track of your team and planning your outreach efforts.
