To go LIVE with products linked, you must have at least 1,000 followers and be accepted into TikTok’s Creator Pilot Program.
You can also check your TikTok Shop Creator/Affiliate area and LIVE tools. TikTok will display the features, restrictions, and eligibility requirements available to your account.
How many products can I add to a LIVE?
If you have fewer than 5,000 followers, you can add up to 3 products to your LIVE.
If you have 5,000 followers or more, you can add up to 300 products.
How do I add MAKE products to my LIVE?
From the LIVE setup screen, select the business option to add products. Search for the MAKE products in your showcase, then add them to your LIVE product list.
Can viewers purchase without leaving the LIVE?
Yes. TikTok’s shopping experience is designed to let viewers shop while watching LIVE content. The exact checkout experience may vary by viewer and account.
How do I know if someone purchased through my LIVE?
Your TikTok Shop analytics and affiliate dashboard provide information about orders and performance connected to your content and shopping activity.
