The challenge is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada, who are at least 18 years old and the age of majority where they live.
Can both customers and MAKE affiliates participate?
Yes. Both customers and MAKE affiliates can participate.
Do I need to be a MAKE Wellness customer or Affiliate to participate?
No. You do not need to purchase a MAKE Wellness product, enroll as a customer, or become a MAKE Wellness Affiliate to participate.
The F.I.T. Family Challenge is open to all eligible participants.
Is a purchase required?
No. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Is this challenge Instagram only?
No. You may share qualifying content on Instagram or Facebook.
However, you must follow @MakeWellnessOfficial and @IAmJustinPrince on Instagram to be eligible, even if your entry is posted on Facebook.
Does my social media account need to be public?
Yes. Your account must be public while participating so we can verify your posts, Stories, and that you are following the required Instagram accounts. Entries from private accounts cannot be verified.
What counts as an entry?
One qualifying family photo or video shared as a feed post or Story counts as one daily entry.
Your entry must:
- Show your family making healthy choices together
- Include #FITfamilychallenge on feed posts

What can my family post about?
Share a photo or video showing your family staying active or making healthy choices together.
Your entry could feature a family walk, bike ride, workout, park day, hike, sports practice, dance break, or time spent cooking a nutritious meal together.
Can I post more than once in one day?
You may share more than once, but only one qualifying entry per family will count each day.
Do we have to post every day?
No. You may participate on any day during the challenge.
Each day you share a qualifying entry gives you another chance to win. Only one entry per family counts each day.
What happens if I miss a day?
Nothing. You can join again the next day.
Only the days when you share a qualifying entry will count toward your total.
Weekly and Hawaii Prizes
Do weekly entries count toward the Hawaii giveaway?
Yes. Each eligible daily post or Story counts toward that week’s prize drawing and the Hawaii grand-prize selection.
Weekly prize entries reset after each Monday drawing, but every eligible daily entry will continue to count toward the Hawaii grand prize.
How are the weekly winners selected?
One winner will be selected from that week’s eligible entries every Monday and announced on @MakeWellnessOfficial.

Can a family win more than one weekly prize?
No. Each family may win only one weekly prize during the challenge. However, a weekly prize winner is still eligible to win one of the Hawaii grand prizes.
What is the weekly prize entry deadline?
To be included in that week’s prize drawing, your qualifying post or Story must be shared by Sunday at 11:59 p.m. MT.
The weekly winner will be announced the following Monday on @MakeWellnessOfficial.
How are the Hawaii winners selected?
Three families will win:
- The family with the most eligible entries
- The family with the second-most eligible entries
- One family selected at random from all eligible entries
What is included in each Hawaii package?
Each winning family will receive a four-night Hawaii package, including:

How many family members are included in each Hawaii trip?
Each winning family’s Hawaii package includes accommodations for up to four people.
Can I bring more than four family members?
Yes. Additional family members may join, but the winning family will be responsible for all expenses for those guests, including accommodations, airfare and transportation, meals, and activities.
Is there a cash prize, and how does the travel allowance work?
There is no separate cash prize. Each winning family will receive a $2,500 travel allowance in cash to help cover flight expenses. Winners will be responsible for booking their own airfare. MAKE Wellness will arrange round-trip transportation between the airport and the resort on the designated arrival and departure dates.
Are the Hawaii travel dates flexible?
No. The travel dates are fixed for October 20 through October 24, 2026, and are nontransferable.

When will winners be announced?
Weekly prize winners will be announced every Monday on @MakeWellnessOfficial.
The three Hawaii grand-prize winners will be announced on October 5, 2026.
How will winners be notified?
Winners will be announced through the official @MakeWellnessOfficial Instagram account and contacted by direct message.
Be aware of impersonators and spam accounts. Verify that any winning message comes from the official account. Do not send money or sensitive personal information to an unverified account claiming you have won.
